HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Product creation, packaging and handling takes up to 3 working days for jewellery and up to 5 for apparel.
Once your package is sent, it takes around 3 business days to be delivered within Australia and around 10 working days for international orders. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and, depending on your location, may vary.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Note: Due to the uniqueness and amount of work we put in our apparel, we only offer the tracked shipping option for this type of product.

Fleur and Felix is based in Sydney, Australia and we ship worldwide. All prices are in AUD.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We offer payment through Paypal or Credit Card. If you have any issue with your payment, don't stress, we can fix it.
WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Yes! We will let you know as soon as it is shipped. If you have chosen a tracking option, we will also provide you with your personal tracking number in the email.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED!!
Don't freak out! For some reason Australia Post sometimes has taken extra long to to deliver our goods. If you are concerned contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
MY CHOKER DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY!
We understand it can be difficult ordering online. We have recently introduced extender chains on our chokers so they can be easily adjusted. Most will come as a standard 30cm cord with a 5cm extender chain. Check each product description for exact sizing.
If you have something specific in mind, let us know and we can arrange it for you. Please be aware that this may take longer than an ordinary order.

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We pay special attention to the finish and quality of our products and all orders are quality assessed before being dispatched. We will repair any faulty goods, but please not this does not include:
- Item is not received due to providing an old or incorrect address
- Change of mind upon receiving the item
- The item does not fit
Note: All product measurements are located in the product description and is the responsibility of the buyer to check these before purchasing.
